Apparently it’s Mental Health Awareness Week. 1/3 go through depression and bad anxiety at some point in their lives. We are such stressed individuals.
I need to start yoga again and continue doing things that relieve built up energy. Sometimes I feel myself slipping away but I can’t let that happen. I am a happy person and I want to remain this way.
